Since 2018, The Akumal Arts Festival has welcomed hundreds of world class visual artists to the pueblo of Akumal to paint murals, offer workshops, and engage with the local community and each other. Over 500 murals have been painted by an international crew of generous, talented artists since the festival's inception.
